France Trip Meeting

There will be an important meeting for students going on the France trip and their parents on Monday March 27th in the evening.

Evening Schedule:

5:30-6:15  – Potluck dinner

6:15 – 7:00 – Representatives from Georgia Hardy Tours will provide trip details

7:00 – 8:00  – Guest Author/Journalist : Ted Barris

Mainstage – Our Town

The Drama Department’s mainstage production of Our Town opens tonight!  Yes folks, tonight!  Doors open at 6:30.  Curtains rise at 7:00 pm.  Get your tickets @ esainfo.

Don’t forget that the Drama Council will also be running their silent auction for all three nights of the play – lots of great items to bid on!

The Drama Department is pleased to present Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer winning play Our Town.

Described by Edward Albee as “…the greatest American play ever written,” the story follows the small town of Grover’s Corners through three acts: “Daily Life,” “Love and Marriage,” and “Death and Eternity.”

There will be a meeting for any student going on the France trip on Wednesday Sept 21 at the start of lunch in the mini theatre.  If you are unable to attend the meeting please see Ms. Moorhouse or Mr. Laidlaw.

France Trip 2017 -Limited Space Left

There has been an overwhelming amount of interest in the France trip and there is only a few remaining spots left before we will need to move to a waiting list. If you are interested in applying please do so ASAP – it is a first-come/first-served basis. We will be closing applications by Friday May 6. Please speak to Ms Moorhouse, Mr. Laidlaw or Ms. Pong if you have any questions.

APPLICATION, PAYMENT & BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. Please visit www.ghardytours.com and then click the ‘Apply Now’ page for the full application and terms and conditions.
2. Click on “March Break and School Organized Trip” and enter code: ESA-APR2017. Indicate online that you will be paying by cheque.
3. Payment is only available by cheque made payable to the school.

It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they have a valid passport and that no additional travel documents are necessary. Georgia Hardy Tours Inc. is not responsible for inadequate travel documents.
Georgia Hardy Tours reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary when necessary for the convenience and safety of tour participants. Any extra cost in the unlikely event of itinerary changes must be borne by the individual participant.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Non-Refundable Deposit: $400.00 + $125.00 (Optional Insurance due at the time of registration)
Second Payment: $1,522.50 based on 35 paying students due by September 15, 2016
Final Payment: $1,522.50 based on 35 paying students due by January 15, 2017
