Children’s Book Drive, and Spring Food Drive

THANK YOU to everyone who has been bringing in children’s books and food items.

Please feel free to continue to drop off your items to the Library during the day on Friday… or else bring them with you when you come to the Community Yard Sale this Saturday.

SESAT and the ESA Library are partnering to collect gently used children’s books for the Children’s Book Bank in Regent Park.

  • Help us support childhood literacy in low-income neighbourhoods.
  • Bring your gently used children’s books with you to the Community Yard Sale and drop them off in our donations bin.
  • Book donations may also be brought into the school this coming week (see this posting for drop-off times)
  • They are looking for anything and everything from board books, to picture books and first readers, right up to Young Adult novels.
  • If a child in your house enjoyed it, then it will be sure to find a good home!
