Every parent/guardian is a member of the School Council as established by the Ministry of Education and endorsed by the Toronto District School Board.  Beyond this membership, identified parent representatives are requested as participants on the School Council to attend regular meetings, provide input and, as appropriate, participate in additional activities. (Ministry of Education - A Guide for School Council Members). In addition to parent representatives, positions are included for teacher representatives, non-teaching representatives, and community representatives. 

The ESA School Council typically meets at 7:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month in the Staff Room or Resource Centre (School Library).
