Students and staff, Mindfulness is back!!
Come and relieve some stress, and relax with a little mindfulness. Running every Tuesday, beginning October 20/2015 in the Library seminar room from 8:15- 8:40 am.
It’s a wonderful way to start your day and practice a lifelong tool, to help manage stress and create more joy and calm in your life.
