ESA STEM welcomes Mr. Gilad Shoham

ESA’s STEM Council (Science Technology Engineering and Math) is hosting a visit from Mr. Gilad Shoham today (Wednesday) at lunch (12:10 pm to 12:50 pm, due to late start) in Room S15. He is an inventor and practising Industrial Designer who currently develops medical devices in Toronto’s biomedical community and teaches this at OCAD. He attended Rhode Island School of Design for industrial design.

All are welcome. Students may eat their lunches during this informal discussion.

ESA Grad Dylan Vogel and other UofT Aerospace Team members visit ESA STEM today!

Interested in aerospace, technology, or engineering? ESA grad Dylan Vogel and other members of the University of Toronto Aerospace Team are coming to visit ESA’s STEM Council today (Wednesday) at lunch. They will discuss their work on sounding rockets, micro-satellites, and UAVs. Furthermore, they’ll touch on the future of the aerospace industry, the role of student engineers, and where you can go to if you’re interested in getting involved.

Let’s remember that today (Wednesday) is a late start, so the meeting is from about 12:10 to 12:55.
