Every year, a letter requesting input into the Individual Education Plan (IEP) is given to students with IEP’s. Special education teachers are currently developing the IEP’s for this school year, and this input is part of the process. Your child should have received their letter, but if they do not have it, please have them go to room 210 to pick up another copy. Please spend some time filling in the form together – we encourage students to be involved. If your there are no changes from last year, there is a place to indicate this on the form. In order to accommodate our tight timelines, we ask that you return the form by Monday October 3, 2016, as per the instructions on the letter. Thank you!
