If your child has an IEP, they should have brought it home last week. Please sign and return one copy, and keep one copy for your records.
The IEP is a living document that is constantly evolving. Changes are made as new information becomes available. The teachers are aware of your child’s accommodations, but the student should always be communicating directly with their teachers to self-advocate for their accommodations. Extra time on tests should always be arranged for ahead of time with the teacher.
