On Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 7:00-8:30 pm in the ESA library, parents and guardians are invited to participate in a workshop that focuses on providing tools and strategies to help manage our own stress so that we are able to navigate the ongoing complexities of raising teens and finding more balance within our daily lives.
The workshop will be facilitated by Tools for All Teens which focuses on school-wide wellness by introducing life-long stress management tools such as yoga, mindfulness and wellness strategies. This workshop includes mindfulness and breathing exercises and yoga suitable for all levels.
Wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to relax and exhale! You will walk away feeling more calm and less stressed in addition to having a tool or two for your life toolbox.
