-Your SESAT Team

In the words of the immortal Supertramp, “Give a little bit.” The Silent Auction is only one month away.

Hello and thank-you to those parents and guardians who have already generously donated something to the Silent Auction. We are still counting on the ESA community to continue rustling up more fantastic auction items. We challenge everyone to donate at least one item; large or small, it’s all good. We are seeking products, services, gift cards, tickets to a concert or sporting event, an experience, gift baskets, rounds of golf for 2019, ski passes or a weekend getaway at a hotel, spa or cottage to name a few.

So get creative and remember, your support reaches every student.

If you have something to share, please message us at [email protected]

Thanks from your Silent Auction Team!

Snack Shack – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays After School !!!

Looking for an after school snack? Then why not drop by the Snack Shack located in the main entranceway every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after school. We have smoothies, fresh fruit, veggies and lots of other healthy snacks.
SESAT wants you to know that all monies raised are equally shared among the 6 arts majors!
Don’t forget to bring your money but no worries if you forget your change because Snack Shack accepts DEBIT
Thanks and see you at The Shack!

You know that gift card that’s been rattling around your junk drawer? Help it find a happy home!

The ESA Silent Auction is ESA’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Every year, gift cards are among our most in-demand items. It doesn’t matter if it’s $10 for Tim Hortons or $100 from Indigo – we need/want/LOVE them all! Each one helps us raise funds directly for your kid’s department. So empty out that catch-all drawer, or the dark recesses of your purse, throw those gift cards in an envelope and drop it off in the SESAT mailbox in the school office.  Our thanks will be profound and your gift card will find a loving home. Thank-you from the Supporters of ESA Talent!

The ESA Silent Auction wants your AWESOME STUFF!

Hi folks! The ESA Silent Auction & Craft Sale in November is the most important fund-raising event of our year. And we are looking for donations from you! Do you have a service you can offer on a gift certificate? A piece of merchandise or a service from your place of business? A new item (household, entertainment, art, wine….) that could be featured and auctioned off? Or do you know someone with any of the above? Here is your chance to give to our ESA community and benefit the lives of all students at ESA. Just send us off a quick email at: [email protected] and let us know. Thank-you!

SESAT Volunteer Survey – Please take a moment to complete

Everyone benefits when we volunteer. Explore your untapped talents, while supporting your student’s school. Get involved as little or as much as you want.

The students have worked so very hard to get to where they are today…so let’s help them reach their full potential by enriching their Arts Education at ESA. Supporters of ESA Talent fundraises to support all of the Arts Programs: Dance, Drama, Film, Instrumental Music, Music Theatre, and Visual Arts. We help pay for the extras that the TDSB budget doesn’t cover: costumes, lighting, sound equipment, guest teachers, workshops, etc.

The gift of your time is all it takes to make a difference.

Please take a moment to complete the survey:

Thank you for your time.  If you need more information, please contact me at [email protected]

Hope to see you at one of our events!

Meeting Tuesday at 7pm in the Library for Everyone Interested in Volunteering at ESA

Are you interested in volunteering at ESA and would like to get involved ?

Come to Tuesday’s School Council meeting in the Library 7pm and you can learn all about “Supporters of ESA Talent” (SESAT) as well as School Council.

Supporters of ESA Talent is Registered Charity made up of Parent/Guardian and Community Volunteers that runs fundraisers thoughtout the year in order to subsidize the exorbitant costs of running all of the Arts Programs at ESA.  The money we raise through the Craft Fair, Refreshment Sales at all ESA Shows, and the Garage Sale go towards Arts Materials, Costumes, Sound and Lighting Equipment, Guest Teachers, etc.  SESAT helps provide all of the essential “extras” that give our students a “leg up” in their Arts Education.  Last year SESAT was able to raise over $70,000 for the Six Arts Disciplines at ESA.

But we can’t do it again this year without your help!  Please come to the meeting and see how you can make a difference for your student, and their love of the arts!

I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday at 7pm

President, SESAT

SESAT Planning Session Monday June 11 @7pm at Artisano’s

Hello SESAT Supporters,

On Monday, June 11th at 7pm, SESAT’s newly elected board will discuss the 2018/19 Fundraising Plan at Artisano’s, located at 1020 Islington Ave, Etobicoke.  We hope that everyone can join us to collaborate in order to develop a strong road map for next year.  We want to hear all of your great ideas and recommendations.

We had a tremendous 2017/18 and will have to put on our thinking caps to define what events we want to plan for starting in September.

SESAT will provide some snacks, and if you need to buy dinner, Artisano’s offers wonderful menu options to compliment what SESAT will provide.

If you are not able to attend, yet have some ideas or feedback to share, please send us note at [email protected].  We appreciate all the input and we love hearing from you.

Hope to see you there!

– The SESAT Team
